Yu-Gi-Oh! Forbidden Memories is a role-playing game set in ancient Egypt and based on the popular Japanese card game and animated series. Players take the role of a young Pharaoh to interact with other characters and solve mysteries. The hero can challenge other players to duels, which take place on three-dimensional battlefields. The game features over 500 monsters, all rendered and animated in 3D. Play is based on the Duel Monsters OCG Expert Rules.

You play Leo Starbuck who through a weird twist of fate attempts to save 'Antillas' a colony of Jupiter from Destruction. Zone of the Enders is an action adventure game in which you feel and experience the story while fighting the enemy in space with Jehuty – a gigantic humanoid weapon “orbital frame.”
Zone of the Enders: 2nd Runner resumes two years after the events of the first title, with the discovery of the abandoned frame, Jehuty, on the Jovian moon of Callisto. Dingo Egret, a hardened pilot-cum-ice harvester, stumbles upon the craft during an invasion by the Bahram, and uses it to stave off the attack. Thereafter he becomes embroiled in a large-scale conflict that will see the return of enemies and faces from his past. High-speed combat remains an integral part of the title, and oftentimes players will find themselves outnumbered by scores of enemy Orbital Frames. Far from helpless, Jehuty is capable of executing an assortment of both melee and long-range attacks. Customizable multi-hit combos are augmented by grapple and throw maneuvers as well as the ability to utilize environmental objects as makeshift weapons. Incidental damage can be caused to the environment through various means (hurling an enemy frame into a building for example, will see it topple).
Governed by an energy gauge (which diminishes with use) instead of the constant need for ammunition as in the first, sub-weapons -- of which there are 14 in all -- such as Geyser, Decoy, Gauntlet, Halbred, Phalanx, and Comet can be employed in battle to considerable effect. Aided by the Artificial Intelligence system ADA, players will be presented with a host of assignments that run the gamut of rescue, defense, and offensive engagements. A plethora of unlockable extras provide the necessary stimulus to replay the title repeatedly, and include different Jehuty frames, hidden endings, and Extra Missions. Particular Orbital Frames from the single-player campaign can also be unearthed for use in the one-on-one fighting mode that pits two players against one another.
As the title might suggest, the fleeting nature of time is an important aspect of gameplay in Ephemeral Fantasia, Konami's first role-playing release for the PS2 console. The game was released in Japan under the main title Reiselied, which is a German word for "traveling song," with "Ephemeral Fantasia" as the subtitle. In either version, the player takes on the role of a young bard named Mouse and the adventure takes place in real time. This means that in order to accomplish certain tasks or meet certain NPC's, the hero must not only have the right items at the right place, but also be there at the right time. Night changes to day, and back again, and again until the hero gets it right.
Mouse must solve a great mystery to set the world right once more. He is joined on his quest by the game's other main character, a mystical young woman named Lumi. After traveling to an exotic island, Mouse is asked to compose a wedding song for the local princess, a young woman named Loreiyu. He soon finds that this princess is less than enthusiastic about her impending marriage and he sets himself to uncovering more about the situation. Mouse finds himself strangely drawn to the melancholy of the beautiful young princess and becomes entwined in unexpected intrigue as the game's plot thickens around him.
Metal Gear Solid is a sequel to Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake. After the tragic confrontation with Big Boss, the hero, special agent Solid Snake, decided to retire and has since then lived in a secluded region in Alaska. But the US government recruits him once again for a dangerous mission. The members of Foxhound, a renegade special forces unit, threaten to use a devastating nuclear weapon if the government doesn't hand them the mortal remains of Big Boss, their former commander. Foxhound is now led by a talented, ambitious young man with the codename Liquid Snake. Knowing that the visual resemblance between this new terrorist mastermind and himself can not be coincidental, Solid Snake agrees to infiltrate the new Foxhound base, to destroy the unknown nuclear weapon, and to find the truth about his own identity.
The gameplay in Metal Gear Solid follows the prototype established in the two classic Metal Gear games. Solid Snake has a limited arsenal of weapons and cannot allow himself to pave his way to the goal by killing all the enemies. He has to stay unnoticed, to hide, to crawl, to wait for the right moment, to sneak, and to use various gadgets that will prevent him from alerting the enemy. The game utilizes traditional top-down view, but the graphics in this installment are real-time 3D.
