    pSX emulator:

   

    This is a very good emulator for the PSX, that focuses more on combatibility than image optimization and doesn't need any plugins to operate. It also has some pretty neat features, like the "Fast Forward key", that when you press it the emulator stops limiting the fps for the duration you' re holding it, making everything on-screen going insanely fast! Try this one out, especially if you are having problems with ePSXe, like slowdowns or crashes.Get it here.

    PCSX2:

   

    PCSX2 is the only PS2 emulator capable of running retail PS2 games. In fact the development of this emu has skyrocketed over the past few years and now there are lots of games marked as "playable" in its combatibility list. Download the latest version here.
