[PSX] Mortal Kombat 4 [NTSC-U] [362 MB]

Mortal Kombat 4 returns sporting a 3D engine and new features in the gory fighting franchise. Each of the 15 selectable characters comes equipped with their own unique maneuvers, fatalities, and weapons including Fujin's crossbow and Sub Zero's ice scepter.

An assortment of gameplay options are available, including Arcade (1 vs. 1 or 2 vs. 2 Kombat), Team, Endurance, Tournament, and Practice. The Arcade version challenges players to choose a character and mount an assault against various characters including Shinnok. In the Endurance mode you can test your skill based on how well you hold up to a barrage of opponents. The Ultimate Endurance option keeps track of your statistics and gives out a "Kombat" rating.

Mortal Kombat 4 comes equipped with a cheat code entry system, and the developers have also include extra characters, game options, and other bonuses not included in the original arcade version.

[PSX] Mega Man X5 [NTSC-U] [320 MB]

The Reploid Wars of 21XX are mercifully over, but that doesn't mean all is safe with Earth and its orbiting colonies. Eurasia, the largest colony, has been taken over by mysterious terrorists, and its gravity device has been altered. Now, Eurasia is on a direct collision course with Earth, and could destroy the planet and all life (and robots) upon it.

The only hope for Earth is the massive laser cannon "Enigma," but the necessary parts for Enigma are scattered around the globe, currently connected to a host of evil reploids that must be destroyed before the parts can be acquired. Enter Mega Man X and his pal Zero, the only two brave and fierce enough to undertake this mission. The fate of the world is once again counting on them!

Mega Man X5 is the fifth title in the Mega Man line of post-Dr. Wily games for the little blue hero, with the first three having appeared on the 16-bit Super NES platform. Mega Man X5 is the second X game to appear on the PlayStation, and its play mechanics are similar to previous incarnations in the series.

Players will have the opportunity to play as either Mega Man X or Zero, with the ability to switch between levels. Mega Man X features his trusty plasma-lobbing, arm-mounted cannon, while Zero slashes with a powerful laser sword.

[PSX] Tekken 3 [NTSC-U] [434.72 MB]

Tekken 3 is the third installment of Namco's premier 3D fighting game franchise. Converted from the arcade to the PlayStation, Tekken 3 ran on the technology called the System 12 board. It is a step better than Namco's System 11 board, which is nearly identical to the PlayStation. The trick was to pull off a conversion to fit with the console's architecture and technology, and they did just that.

Tekken 3's fighting styles range from street fighting to beautiful ancient oriental fighting styles. Each of the 20-plus characters features a different style (Kung Fu, Capoeira), some of which must be mastered before using adequately. At first, you have 10 fighters to choose from but as you complete the individual story/arcade modes, you will unlock that person's counterpart. Their story is represented by various intro and ending cinematic sequences.

As in the previous Tekken titles, each character has an abundance of moves he or she can perform. They consist of throws (for up close battle), punches and jabs, and kicks (both aerial and on the ground). To help players get used to controlling the game, each fighter's move list can be accessed at any time via a pause menu.
