(PS2) Karaoke Revolution [NTSC-U] [1.43GB]

Karaoke Revolution allows PlayStation 2 gamers to show off their singing skills and get real-time feedback on their performances!! It's like Dance Dance Revolution, but with singing instead of dancing.

Players sing using the Logitech PS2 Headset (or other approved Playstation 2 USB microphone devices). The game rates the player's performance based on your vocal pitch and timing. A visual indicator shows the player's current pitch in real-time and also the pitch of vocals of the original song. If the original notes of the song are too high for the player's vocal range, the game allows the player to sing at higher or lower octaves to hit the correct notes.

If the player sings well, the crowd gets into the performance by clapping, cheering and dancing. If the performance is bad, the audience becomes bored and the user can get booed off the stage.

(PS2) Time crisis: Crisis Zone [NTSC-U] [219MB]

Crisis Zone for the PlayStation 2 is a port of the arcade game of the same name, and it is a spin-off from the Time Crisis series. In the game you are part of an elite anti-terrorist group called Special Tactical Force and you are sent to fight a terrorist group called U.R.D.A. The terrorist group has taken over an office center and wants to destroy the nuclear reactor buried deep beneath the complex. It's up to you, to stop them.

The game play is like the rest of the series, where you are taking cover, trying to eliminate the enemies in a small area before a limited amount of time expires, with the time limit resetting when you finish the area and proceed to the next one. You don't control the player's movement as it is a rail shooter, meaning that your character moves in a pre-determined path, with enemies jumping in the screen to try and damage you. Hide behind your shield to avoid being shot, but you are also not able to shoot while behind it.

The PS2 port can use the G-con 45 and G-Con2 light guns (with the last one being bundled sometimes with the game). Another different of the PS2 port from the arcade one is that the port features an extra mission (Grassmarket District that takes place 6 months after the Garland Square mission in which you have to rescue the daughter of S.T.F. Commander Kessler and clear the district from the remaining terrorists), along with some small minigames.

(PS2) Time Crisis 3 [NTSC-U] [1.22GB]

The third title in the long running arcade shooter series has you again ducking and weaving through a range of levels, with the ultimate aim of defeating the enemy who wishes to take over the world.

Along with the return of two player action, and the duck and shoot method (duck under cover by pressing the required button, which also reloads your gun), new additions to the franchise include the ability to use multiple weapons besides the pistol and machine gun. The shotgun and grenade launcher are added to your arsenal, although ammo is fairly low for both so you must aim for the right colored enemies to gain bonus ammo, or shoot crates and pick up the items.

Besides the full conversion of the arcade game, there is also a collection of multiplayer bonus quests, plus once you complete the game straight through you'll unlock an exclusive single player hostage rescue campaign, including the option to use a sniper rifle.
GunCon 2 compatible (not GunCon 1 compatible).

(PS2) Harvest Moon: Save The Homeland [NTSC-U] [52 MB]

The first Harvest Moon game for the PS2 takes a little deviance from all the other games in the series. The goal this time around is to save your town from being turned into a resort next year. The game focuses more on relationships than making money - which is the goal in all other Harvest Moon games to date. You still are running a farm and must succeed in the life of a farmer, but the actual gameplay rewards those who interact with the townspeople over those who just work the fields.

Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life is the second game in the Harvest Moon series to appear on the PS2. It is almost identical to the original GameCube version, but carries some new features, granting it the Special Edition title, as there is no regular release for this platform.

The game simulates the everyday chores of farm life. When the player's character arrives in the Forget-Me-Not-Valley, he is given a tour on his new farm and starts with some seeds and a single cow. The game is divided in different chapters that end when certain requirements are met. Tasks include raising cattle and taking care of them, fishing, cooking, sowing seeds, and trading your goods with the local merchants. The player can also explore the valley and meet its inhabitants.

New features for the PS2 version include up to four wives to marry, to have a son or a daughter with a mini career path, new farming equipment such as the fertilizer machine, and a free play mode to continue playing when all the chapters have been completed.

(PS2) Guitar Hero 5 [NTSC-U] [DVD9] [3.46GB]

Guitar Hero 5 continues Activision's music rhythm series with an expanded lineup of 85 songs from 83 artists. While the basic format is identical to 2008's Guitar Hero: World Tour, with each song supporting a singer, drummer, lead guitar, and bass, a number of changes have been added to enhance its pick-up-and-play appeal. The "Party Play" option lets would-be musicians create a set list and drop in or out at any time while it plays, without having to restart a song. Friends and onlookers can also join in at any point, simply by pressing a button on one of the peripherals, and none of the songs can be failed.

Guitar Hero 5's diverse selection of artists includes Tom Petty, Sonic Youth, Duran Duran, Iron Maiden, Bob Dylan, the Rolling Stones, Coldplay, the White Stripes, Stevie Wonder, Nirvana, Peter Frampton, Johnny Cash, Public Enemy, Wolfmother, and Elton John. Among the songs featured are "All Along the Watchtower," "Runnin' Down a Dream," "No One to Depend On," "Ring of Fire," "Sympathy for the Devil," "All the Pretty Faces," and "A-Punk."

(PS2) Guitar Hero: Smash Hits [NTSC-U] [2.73GB]

Following the heroic feat of four consecutive top-selling releases, it's not unusual for a rock star to reissue a selection of fan-favorite tracks on a single compilation album. Guitar Hero fans receive such a collection in Smash Hits. The game includes playable songs originally featured in the first four games in the series: Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock, Guitar Hero Encore: Rocks the 80s, Guitar Hero II, and the original Guitar Hero. The collection comprises four dozen of the series' most popular and challenging pre-Guitar Hero: World Tour tracks, including Deep Purple's "Smoke on the Water" and "I Love Rock 'n Roll" by Joan Jet and the Blackhearts (Guitar Hero); "Carry On Wayward Son" by Kansas and Alice in Chains' "Them Bones" (Guitar Hero II); "I Wanna Rock" by Twisted Sister and "Nothin' but a Good Time" by Poison (Rocks the 80s); and "Rock and Roll All Nite" by Kiss and Heart's "Barracuda" (Legends of Rock). All 48 tracks are compatible with the game's full selection of contemporary Guitar Hero: World Tour instruments, including the drum kit and mic controllers, allowing a complete band of players to rock out on tunes previously only available to one or two guitarists. The Smash Hits edition of Guitar Hero also features the series' "Music Studio" song-mixing software and includes the "Rock Star Creator" custom character designer.

(PS2) Guitar Hero World Tour [NTSC-U] [4.51GB]

The first name in music instrument gaming returns with a Rock Band-esque focus on full band simulation, the ability for players to create their own music, and more than 80 new tracks in Guitar Hero: World Tour. For the first time in the series, wannabe rock stars can simulate singing and drumming in addition to the familiar strumming of guitar-shaped controllers, and with the addition of a bass guitar, up to four players can form a band and jam together. As with all titles in the Guitar Hero series, gamers must "play" their instruments by rhythmically matching onscreen prompts in order to earn high scores and unlock new songs. The singing mechanic resembles Karaoke Revolution and SingStar in that it requires vocalists to match the pitch and notes of each song, whereas drummers must be timely when depressing the kick drum and striking the proper combination of drum and cymbal pads.

The song list spans several decades and is made up of a diverse selection of master recordings by artists such as: 311, the Allman Brothers Band, the Beastie Boys, Billy Idol, Blondie, Coldplay, the Cult, the Doors, the Eagles, the Foo Fighters, Jane's Addiction, Jimi Hendrix, Korn, Linkin Park, Los Lobos, Metallica, Michael Jackson, Modest Mouse, Motorhead, Nirvana, No Doubt, NOFX, Oasis, Ozzy Osbourne, Pat Benetar, R.E.M, the Sex Pistols, Steely Dan, Sting, the Stone Roses, Sublime, Tool, Van Halen, and Willie Nelson. In addition, players can create their own songs in the Advanced Studio mode by playing tracks for each instrument in either real or slowed time. Songs can be either 1,200 notes long or three minutes in length, but vocal recording is unavailable due to storage issues.

(PS2) Guitar Hero II [NTSC-U] [3.11GB]

Guitar Hero II continues the strumming sensation that began on PlayStation 2 with a new lineup of songs, added play modes, extra characters, and an assortment of imaginative venues in which to rock out. The underlying interface has undergone a few tweaks from the original, but it still consists of color-coded notes scrolling down the screen as you attempt to play them using the five colored fret buttons and working strum bar on RedOctane's guitar controller. One significant change is that users can select which guitar part they want to play from three choices: rhythm, lead, or bass.

Cooperative jams have also been added to the multiplayer mode, allowing would-be guitar gods to work together on songs while each playing a separate track. Over 55 songs are included in this version, spanning such genres as classic rock, heavy metal, hair metal, modern rock, and more. Among the featured tunes are "Sweet Child O' Mine," "Heart Shaped Box," "Message in a Bottle," "Free Bird," "Madhouse," and "YYZ." Guitar Hero II is released as a standalone title for owners of the original game or as part of a bundle that includes a guitar controller, stickers, and a shoulder strap.

(PS2) Guitar Hero 3: Legends of Rock [NTSC-U] [2.89GB]

The Guitar Hero series offers its biggest lineup of songs to date with Legends of Rock, the first game developed outside of Harmonix. Fans of the finger-fiddling franchise will rock out to over 70 tracks, many of which use master recordings from the original artists. The core play mechanics are nearly identical to previous iterations, with players using a guitar-shaped controller to quickly match colored notes as they cascade down the screen. By keeping up with the song, hitting the right chords at the right time, and strumming to the beat, players will rack up points and advance to more challenging tunes.

Player-sabotaging power-ups include doubling the number of onscreen notes, switching control to left-handed play, and more. Non-competitive types will appreciate the career co-op mode, allowing two guitarists to work together through each song list. Among the featured tracks are "Paint It Black," "Cherub Rock," "Slow Ride," "Barracuda," "Rock and Roll All Nite," and "Sabotage." Guitar Hero III for PlayStation 2 is available as a standalone purchase or as part of a bundle including a black, wireless guitar controller patterned after the Gibson Kramer.

(PS2) Guitar Hero: 5 [NTSC-U] [DVD5] [2.51GB]

Guitar Hero 5 is the fifth main game in the musical rhythm series. Similar to the previous title, Guitar Hero: World Tour, the focus is on a band-experience, with a lead and bass guitar, drums and vocals. The title is available standalone or bundled with the instruments.

Next to a new soundtrack with 85 songs, many animated lead singers are now modelled after famous musicians such as Johnny Cash, Carlos Santana, Shirley Manson, Kurt Cobain, and Matthew Bellamy. Players can still compose their own songs in the included studio and the game relies heavily on downloadable content, through tracks and full albums. A portion of the songs of Guitar Hero: World Tour, Guitar Hero Smash Hits and Band Hero can be imported in exchange for a small fee per song.

In the Band Lobby players can assemble a party of local and remore players to form a band, play the Career mode or opt for Quickplay. Most of the competitive multiplayer modes are carried over from former versions, along with two new ones: Party Play (random song selection with the option to join and leave at will using any instrument) and RockFest, a band mode for up to four (local) or up to eight (online) players with a variety of submodes. The songs are divided in smaller portions and for each section the players are rewarded based on a variety of conditions.

General new features introduced to the gameplay include drop-in/drop-out play, where it is possible to join in the middle of a song or stop playing without interrupting gameplay. There is also a new Challenges section in the Career mode.
